Reunion Resort is the perfect destination for the magical family vacation, where your dreams will come true. Your house is at Reunion Village
Because this is a really big resort, we ask you to please carefully read the instructions because Reunion is a really big community and you can get lost!
There are two entrances to the resort. The one that is closer to your house, is the one at 4119 Reunion Village blvd, Kissimmee, FL, 34747; you can also enter thru the main gate at 1600 Reunion Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL, 34747.
You will need to announce yourself with the security guard, for safety reasons, that will require you to show him the reservation details. The security guard will give you a parking ID, please keep it visible in your vehicle at all times.
There are other non-manned entrances, but they are intended for residents and owners only, you will always have to enter the resort by one of these two checkpoints, as you have to show your parking ID to the security guard.

HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR LOCK
Please touch or get your palm closer to the smartlock on the door, it will then illuminate; punch the code that you received with the check in instructions in the keypad of the lock and then press the checkmark button (lower right button) to unlock it. The code goes on the key pad that is at the door, not in the lockbox on the wall.
To lock the door from the outside, press the checkmark key 3 seconds, that will lock the door.
3 HOUSE RULES
- We have one house rule that we kindly ask you to follow: “no food or drinks in the bedrooms”; because when that happens a replacement of the linens is usually required.
- We kindly ask you not to leave open food out of the fridge, because even though pest control is done regularly, leaving food available will attract bugs from the exterior.
- And the last one: please do not walk the carpet with shoes covered in dirt or mud.

RELEVANT INFO FOR YOUR STAY
FREE PARKING
You can park 2 cars in the driveway, in front of the house’ garage door, and a third car on the street, by the curb, please do not to block any entrance to your or any other house. Make sure you don’t park over the grass, and in case you need extra places to park, please check with the local security team for allowed places to park on the street.
WHERE TO PUT THE GARBAGE BAGS
Trash is collected once a week. You will see two bins outside, by the garage door. The one with the brown lid is for trash (you must put trash bags inside, because loose trash will not be collected, if not, you could be subject to HoA fines), the one with the blue lid is for recyclables. Trash collection is Tuesday for recyclables (blue lid), Wednesday for regular trash (brown lid), please put either, depending on the day, on the curb early morning, and put them back close to the garage door, by the end of the day.
PACKAGES AND DELIVERIES
You can receive packages at our vacation home. Please have all packages mailed to the home address, at your name.
The only packages that will not be accepted for delivery are packages sent via USPS (United States Postal Service).
If you want to order from a supermarket, please ask the store to announce at the gate, and the security guard will let them in. Deliveries have to be done at your door, the resort does not receive this kind of goods for you.
LINENS AND TOILETTRIES
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens, pool towels and bath and towels. In each bathroom there are dispensers for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, plus toilet paper rolls, and 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods, which are for your first days. In case you run out of toilet any of these, you can get them at any supermarket in the area.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies) at an extra cost, payable through Airbnb.
Housekeeping leaves the pool towels inside the closet in each bedroom, and the bath towels are either on the towel rack or inside the cabinets. If you do not see enough towels for your entire group, please open the cabinets for the additional towels

The nearest stores are the Publix Super Market, 8301 Champions Gate Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.
There is a Walmart Supercenter , at 2855 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

FITNESS CENTER
The Seven Eagle Fitness Center, located inside the main club house, is open from 5:30 am – 11:00 pm.
The same card used to enter the pool area is valid at the Seven Eagles Fitness Center.

OBTAINING KEYCARD ACCESS FOR THE POOLS AND GYM
A keycard granting access to the gym and pools is located on the living room dresser. Please ensure you return this card upon checkout, as a $50 replacement fee will be charged for any lost cards.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
– Smoking and Vaping is NOT ALLOWED in our property, including the lanai. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smoking anywhere due to the need to clean extra well for sensitive guests.
We are happy to offer early check in or late check out when is possible to do so, as it is subject to availability and confirmed the day of your check-in or check-out. Please request it using the link we share with you upon booking confirmation.
Our regular check out time is 10am, as it is explained in the listing, and if a late check out was not agreed, and the cleaning crew cannot start working at that time, we will need to pass to the guest the extra fee that the cleaning company charges us for keeping their staff waiting ($50 per hour).
If you are interested in checking in early morning, or checking out in the afternoon, it is required to add one more night to your reservation.
– Please do not open the window in the bedroom downstairs, or leave any door open, because of two reasons: the irrigation system outside could wet the beds if the window is open, and because of being in Florida the wildlife is very active, so if you leave windows or doors open you can find a lizard in your bed. It has happened to me and I can assure you that I got really scared!
– A/C has a minimum set point and cannot go below 68°F, because going below that temperature cloud freeze the unit.
– When you leave the front or back doors open for more than 5 minutes the AC automatically stops and resumes operation once the door is again closed.
– Make sure you leave your access key card where you found it, if it needs to be replaced, we will have to charge $40 for its replacement.
