Arrival directions
Windsor at Westside Resort is a gated community conveniently located in Kissimmee, only minutes away from Disney World (Animal Kingdom is super close), Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.
There is a gate attendant on site 24/7. To enter the resort, just enter code 69148 in the keypad to open the gate. It is possible the security guard could ask for proof of reservation, so keep it handy .
Once you passed the gate, continue straight on Lima Ave, turn left on Macapa dr until it ends, where you turn right at Nice ct until the end of it. Our villa will be on the left
HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR LOCK
Please punch the code that you received with the check in instructions in the keypad of the lock that is on the door. The code goes on the key pad that is at the door, not in the lockbox on the wall. When you enter the code, the door will be unlocked, and you can open it with the door handle.
To lock the door from the outside, press the key with the icon of a padlock on it.

3 HOUSE RULES
- We have one house rule that we kindly ask you to follow: “no food or drinks in the bedrooms”; because when that happens a replacement of the linens is usually required.
- We kindly ask you not to leave open food out of the fridge, because even though pest control is done regularly, leaving food available will attract bugs from the exterior.
- And the last one: the resort has quiet time 7 days per week from 9pm-9am. This means that parties, radios, or people/kids screaming in the pool or deck is not allowed during that time.

AMENITIES
Windsort at Westside Resort offers exceptional amenities, including a luxury clubhouse, resort-style pool with poolside cabanas and lazy river, children wet play area, tiki bar and spa, high-speed internet, fitness centre, walking/jogging trail and a wide sports area
In addition to the private pool and amenities at our vacation home, there is also a large modern clubhouse, a communal pool as well as a fitness centre. The pool and gym are free to onsite guests and open all year round.
The map below shows the distance to the clubhouse from our lovely vacation home, which is just a 9 minutes walk.

FREE PARKING
There is free parking at the resort.
Vehicles can park in the driveway by the garage door (please make sure that the grass and sidewalks are clear).
Parking Violations are subject to towing, and violation notices posted on vehicle windows, with expense charge to the guest.
WHERE TO PUT THE GARBAGE BAGS
Please deposit your 13-gallon garbage bags inside the trash bench.
Valet Trash is picked up 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They will pick up any amount of 13 gallon trash bags and flattened/stacked cardboard as long as it is disposed of properly. The grounds team is on property between 8am and 8pm each day. The first trash run of the day happens between 8am and 11am. The team will then continue to monitor the resort throughout the day removing any visible trash. Please do not place trash, cardboard, or bins at the curb.
PACKAGES AND DELIVERIES
Package Deliveries are permitted for Amazon, DHL, Lasership, Fed-Ex, and UPS. Just have them send it to the vacation home address (1801 Nice ct, Kissimmee, FL, 34747) as the resort lets these companies in when they arrive. Unfortunately USPS Mail Service has weird policies and they do not deliver here.
Food Deliveries, Taxi, and rideshare companies, will need to provide the address to security so they can check their logs to determine if a guest is there. Please make sure you put the address and not use the location button so they do not delay or back up the entrance line.
LINENS AND TOILETTRIES
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens, pool and bath towels. In each bathroom there is a dispenser with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, plus 2 toilet paper rolls, and 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods in the kitchen, which are for your first days. In case you run out of any of these, you can get them at the supermarkets in the area.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies).
POOL AND SAFETY
– If you travel with kids, please be careful when you access our private pool at the backyard, and leave always the doors that lead to the pool area closed for their safety.
– Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don’t lock it).
– Pool heating is optional, and it needs to be confirmed about a week in advance.
– When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, optional pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.
– We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, the water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature. We turn on the pool heater, if you requested and paid for it before your arrival, the day of your check-in around 10 am, so it’s possible the water temperature will not be at the highest point until 10 to 11 pm that day, that is normal, and this is how this pool heater work.

The nearest stores are the Publix Super Market at Berry Town Center, 2424 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897, and the Publix Super Market at Champions Gate Village, 8301 Champions Gate Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.
